Why I Created this 30-Day Journey

I love to ride my Bicycle!!

Have you ever felt like you’ve tried everything to be healthy, only to find yourself right back where you started?

Maybe you’ve tried another diet.

Another workout plan.

Another supplement.

For a while you feel motivated. Then life gets busy, old habits return, and you’re left wondering why lasting change feels so difficult.

If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone.

I’ve been there too.

My Journey

When I was in my twenties, I was a fitness instructor. I taught classes, spent countless hours at the gym, and believed I had my health completely figured out. I felt strong, energetic, and in control.

But life has a way of changing our priorities.

I became a single mom, raised my daughters, went through a divorce, and found myself living in survival mode. Like so many mothers, I made sure my girls were fed before I worried about myself. Nutritious meals for me often became whatever was quick—or whatever was left.

Over time, I developed severe iron deficiency anemia. My hair began falling out, my energy disappeared, and I was exhausted most days.

I learned one of my first lessons about health:

You can’t pour from an empty cup.

In my late thirties, I remarried, and together we blended our family of five children. Around the same time, I started a career in real estate. Building a business while raising a large family brought new joys—but also new stress.

Slowly, the weight crept on.

My energy declined.

I constantly felt like I wasn’t doing enough.

I knew there had to be a better way.

Learning to Listen to My Body

About twenty years ago, my husband and I made a commitment to change our lifestyle.

Instead of chasing the latest diet, we started learning how the body was designed to function. We focused on eating nourishing foods, creating healthier habits, reducing stress, moving our bodies, and making simple, sustainable changes.

The results were incredible.

We both lost weight.

Our energy returned.

Most importantly, we found the vitality we had been searching for.

I realized that health isn’t about perfection. It’s about creating habits that support your body every single day.

Life Doesn’t Stop

Just when we felt like we had found our rhythm, life changed again.

Over the past decade, my husband and I became caregivers for both my parents and my husband’s brothers.

If you’ve ever been a caregiver, you understand the emotional weight it carries. The late-night phone calls, emergency hospital visits, constant worry, and feeling that someone always needs you.

After years of chronic stress and losing my dad, I developed a slight tremor. It was a reminder that even when we’re doing many things right, stress still affects the body.

But this time was different.

Instead of falling apart, I leaned into the healthy habits I had spent years building.

I learned it was okay to say “no” without feeling guilty.

I learned that rest isn’t laziness—it’s necessary.

I learned to listen when my body whispered instead of waiting until it screamed.

Those habits became my foundation, helping me navigate one of the hardest seasons of my life without losing myself in the process.

Along the way, I continued learning, becoming a Reiki Master and Reflexology Practitioner, always searching for ways to better understand how our bodies heal and how we can support them naturally.

Why I Created Journey to Vitality

Over the years, I’ve come to realize that true health doesn’t come from another fad diet or an extreme workout program.

It comes from slowing down.

It comes from nourishing your body with real food.

It comes from quality sleep.

Movement.

Managing stress.

Healthy relationships.

A positive mindset.

Learning to love and appreciate the incredible body you’ve been given.

That’s why I created Journey to Vitality.

It’s a gentle 30-day wellness course designed especially for women who want to feel healthier, stronger, and more energized without extreme diets or unrealistic expectations.

Each day introduces one simple habit that builds upon the last. By the end of the month, you’ll have a practical foundation you can continue using for years to come.

This isn’t about perfection.

It’s about progress.

It’s about creating a life that supports your health instead of constantly fighting against it.

One of the questions I ask inside Journey to Vitality is this:

“When you picture yourself 10, 20, or even 30 years from now… who do you see?”

Do you see a woman who is vibrant, energetic, traveling, playing with her grandchildren, walking confidently, laughing easily, and embracing life?

Or do you see someone who is simply hoping to make it through another day?

The choices we make today help create the woman we’ll become tomorrow.

Is This Course for You?

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by conflicting health advice…

If you’re tired of starting over every Monday…

If you’re ready to lose weight naturally through healthy habits…

If you want more energy…

If you want to age well…

If you’re ready to put yourself back on your priority list…

Then I created this course with you in mind.

Imagine Where You Could Be 30 Days From Now

One healthy habit.

One small change.

One decision to invest in yourself.

You don’t have to be perfect.

You simply have to begin.

I’d be honored to walk this journey with you.
